These guys are excellent we must have around 22 of the waterworks power up reels in constant use and all I’ve ever had to change is one swivel and one seal which is unbelievable considering that’s over a 4-5 year period. I had an issue with the powerUp 3D thinking it was  the motor. I called the technical team and sent a quick video email and in the space of 5/10 mins it was diagnosed as the belt. Sam even sent the link on how to replace belt and a link to order it which was so convenient and easy to order. Much appreciated Sam. I recently purchased a Power-Up electric reel from Waterworks Window Cleaning and had a couple of issues - both of which were resolved instantly and without any hassle. I genuinely cannot believe the level of customer service. It is absolutely second to none. In a world where poor service is becoming the norm, Waterworks stands out as the best I’ve ever come across.
