The removal of Moss, Algae and Lichen from paved areas and steps assist in preventing slips and falls. 

Once paved areas, brickwork or decking has been properly cleaned we would recommend application of a protective coating or sealer.

Waterworks re-sand and seal block paving, using Smartseal branded resin or water based sealer and Algae protector. Decking is cleaned using a lower pressure, so no damage is caused to the softer wood then its re-oiled or coated with a coloured or clear preserver.
